Laura Neme is a Clinical Psychologist graduated from The National University of Argentina. Also holds a Master of Science in Mindfulness Based Research and Practice from Bangor University Wales, UK. Her experience is reflected in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy Groups she facilitated in different settings.

Laura works as a Clinical Psychologist in Ireland since 2012, providing psychological interventions and assessment to clients with a broad range of issues, such as: anxiety disorders, stress, depression, ADD & ADHD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, OCD, eating disorders and alcohol and substance misuse.

With a robust background in working with adults and adolescents, Laura integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy techniques with a Mindfulness-based approach, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Emotional Freedom Technique(EFT).

Her previous roles in adult mental health at the Central Mental Hospital, Dumdrum; in intellectual disabilities at Saint John of God Kildare Services; and Beechpark Services for Children with Autism in Stillorgan, have all contributed to her extensive experience.

As a proactive member of The Psychological Society Of Ireland, Laura not only founded the Private Practice Interest Group within PSI but also contributed as a Council Member from 2019-2022.

Laura’s commitment to the therapeutic power of mindfulness extends beyond her clinical work, advocating for its integration into everyday life to cultivate holistic well-being.
